Exchange & Return Policy
We hope you adore every piece you order from us. However, if something isn’t quite right, we offer a smooth and easy 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- All tags must be attached at the time of return.
- No refunds – exchanges only (size, color, or item of equal value).
- Sale/discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged.
- Customer pays return courier charges.
- We cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item.
- Exchange requests may be declined if items do not meet our hygiene/quality standards.
